You know the fraud has occurred, you have seen it documented, and yet support the fraud because no court dares to take it to the discovery phase.

If you want it verified by legal means why not insist that it is done legally in a court of law.

I probably have a hundred posts on FreeRepublic going back over a year advocating for a Grand Jury investigation in any jurisdiction where Obama’s name was on the ballot. A Grand Jury would have subpoena power and witness testimony under oath. That is the appropriate way to resolve the eligibility issue once and for all.
Just about an hour ago I posted about states like Utah, Wyoming and Idaho where there are practically no Democrats being great places to hold Grand Jury investigations for election fraud.

In lieu of that, I will also be very supportive of congressional committees looking into this issue next year if the Republicans take control of either or both Houses of Congress.
