This is not even 5th grade math. It’s not hard to understand if Obama is declared not to qualify as president by the Supreme Court he never was president. A federal judge could then issue a warrant for his arrest stipulating fraud that violated elections laws and other laws that Obama has violated. ....Impersonating an officer as the Commander-in-Chief as one example. There must be mountain of charges you could charge Obama with.
I can’t say that, somewhere out there in the Federal Judiciary, there’s not a federal judge who would agree with you. If such a person does exist, he might try to declare that Obama is not President. Certainly, given some of the rulings that come out of federal court, that scenario can’t be discounted. I just don’t think that it will happen, even if ironclad evidence is presented.
If that were to happen, I think that Obama would give a response very much like the one that Jackson made, “Mr. Marshall has issued his decision, now let him enforce it.” In other words, such a declaration would go nowhere, either because Obama would ignore it or a higher court would overturn it. So, we are back to the impeachment route.
