All it does is provide ammo for segment of the population, press and political punditry singling FR out as a laughinstock and the haunt of "crazy birthers". Never mind that the questions about Obama are legitimate; this sort of thing cuts the feet under them.
I further the suggestion that this old dispute be washed under the bridge and everyone move on to the present day. I recall the incident and what transpired and feel that those involved had cleared the air and made their points. What can be accomplished by drudging up old disputes? Hopefully everyone involved myself included have learned from the dispute and remember the lessons, but not dwell on them as they are unhealthy.
We are all entitled to our opinions as to all information, and opinions posted here and whether they are correct or not. Plese lets not beat the dead horse that long ago died and was turned into glue. We have much more current and pressing things to focus on. Thanks for your consideration.
