THe only thing the statist loves is centralized power.
The problem you guys have is with the Constitution itself, for sentimental reasons you cling to a document that Lincoln, FDR and LBJ turned into a fig leaf for the naked power grab of the statist (commerce clause). A Constitution not followed is worse than no Constitution at all. That situation is perverted for the illusion of freedom it provides. I am sure Maj. Randolph would agree with me if alive today.
Of course he would. He hated the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, anything and everything to do with this country, and he wasn't shy about saying so. Of course, he went on to earn a very good living in the very land he loathed but that's confederate hypocrisy for you. You are his reincarnation and I can't for the life of me understand why you get all riled when someone points that out to you. Were Randolph around now I have no doubt at all that he'd hate the U.S. and everything to do with it as much now as much as he did then. And you'd be there agreeing with him and hating it as much as he did.
