Get it straight - I don't particularly care for the U.S. Federal Government encroachment, my beef is with them and with the Goon for getting the ball rolling.
Are you telling me that you are unable to distinguish between the U.S. ( as a people and a republic of 50 states) and the entity created by the US Constitution i.e. the Federal Govt?
