So, if a state has been paying taxes for 200 years, hasn't the bill been paid for the property? I say yes.
Since your state receives far more in federal spending than it sends to the feds (a condition is shares with most southern states), then I'd say no. Of course, if you guys want to forego all the money your citizens have paid in to social security and the like, we could probably work something out. You certainly don't plan on allowing big government giveaways like social security, right?
I'll forego mine. I figure you yankee politicians have already stolen most of it for you pet socialist projects anyway.........
