I have read your link..
I will verify my 3 sources for dates..
And can only conclude from said link that the wording implies what you claim. I see no statement that there is only ONE CA.

I have done rather exhaustive research today concerning the history at CPMH for Chief Administrators. It was illuminating.

Khadija Shikely” has published articles from 2004-2009, some as Chief Admin, some as a doctor, some as Author, some on Boards (Operation Smile)

Heltan Maganga or Helton Maganga:, I found articles published both ways from March 2008 to June 2000 and one in February that named him as CA that month.

Esther Getambu: in Feb 2001

Jennifer Othigo:
3/2005 Dr. Merry Jennifer Othigo
5/22/08 DR. Fistula Research-Sarah Omega
6/08 Dr. Fistual
7/2008 Chief - Ghosts
9/2008 Chief - Swindle Patients
12/2008 Chief - Water, Electricity
2/26/2009 Chief - Drug Shortage
4/13/2009 Chief - Woman Dies

After looking at the dates these people are acting CA it appears that they start in June and end in May, perhaps a one year stint as CA. I could not find a catagorical listing, or historical listing of past CA for the hospital. The exception is the February listing for Magonga. Also my impression is that these are all visiting doctors, not staff, except for the Senior Staff, and this is a teaching hospital, with many MD coming and going based on the projects they are working on. Reports habitually butcher names and titles.
I would love to see signatures during that time frame from other births from that hospital, and who signed them. This is most puzzling that information like this is hidden.

Your link for ordering supplies specifies “The” Chief Administrator on the top, and Chief Administrator on the bottom. I did further digging, and it is not from the Hospital, rather published from two newspapers. The format is the same for the current 4 if you look at other tender actions listed. Then look at other links on the left. This format is used regardless of station.

Interesting factoid...Mombasa is a “sister city” for (drum roll please) Seattle, Wa and Hawaii...how coincidental is that!!!

There are four main hospitals around the City centre, with many smaller clinics located all around the town and its outskirts. They are the Mombasa hospital, Aga Khan hospital, Pandya Memorial hospital and Coast General hospital. Most hotels have resident doctors and nurses.

There is a Chief Administrator and Deputy Chief Administrator at Coast Province. Example:
Dr. Khadija Shikely, Chief Administrator, CPGH Dr. David I. Mwangi, Deputy Chief Administrator, CPGH
