kimbo, Lucas is not living outside the US. He is alive & well & living in the US. Yes he has a checkered past from his youth. Many people do. Lucas did not commit any violent crimes and has paid for what he did. He has his life headed in the right direction now. Get over it.I have known Lucas for some time now. I find him to be a warm sincere caring person who wants to do the right thing.
He did offer the Kenyan birth certificate for sale at one time. He said that no money need change hands until the buyer had it authenticated by experts of the buyers choosing. His signed affidavits concerning how he obtained the doc are a part of court records. He is willing to go to court and testify about it. Does that sound like a fake to anyone?

I respect your viewpoint but Lucas’ words can also bee seen as a big gamble. Lucas knows the case in California is dead and feels quite safe that no one will bring up his affidavit to any court. As you well know it has to be someone with standing, someone who can claim to have been damaged by Lucas. The person who would have a specific interest to do so is Orly Taitz. But she won’t, since this would amount to an admission from her of having filed a forgery without performing any check on it. Another figure with standing would be Kenya, mainly because of the claims of corruption made by Lucas. Should this story grow and spread they will undoubtedly take action.
