Why am I insisting ?
Because Lucas Smith is dangerous. He is a criminal and a convicted felon (no innuendos here). He is handling this story exactly like his previous scams. He is safe in Santo Domingo and is obviously protected by someone (this is a n innuendo) since no one with a record like his would be allowed legally into Santo Domingo.
