No, the DOH never verified anything but the fact they had a record that “was within the guidelines of Hawaiian law at the time it was filed.” Look into Hawaiian laws for registering births in 1961 & you will see that Okubo didn’t say anything of value. Google “clearing the smoke on obamas eligibility” & you will see how anyone could get a COLB from Hawaii at that time. No birth had to be proven, just a statement given by any “interested party.” That’s why it is so important for the info on the long form bc be shown. Grandma Dunham could have registered his birth with mother & child being in another country.

You are simply incorrect. They explicitly verified that their records show him as being born in Hawaii. See post 444.
