They probably know a little more about that ‘filed by registrar’ versus ‘accepted by state registrar’ deignation than they have publicly acknowledged.
Either way, BO is screwed. He's a foreign national, ineligible for the office of the President, or he's a natural born citizen and a fraud who fabricated his life story and deceived millions of Americans.

Also--and I've said this before--I believe there is evidence strongly indicating he was not born at any hospital in Hawai'i.
That's because they can't verify the authenticity of an internet image. Duh.
However, the state of Hawaii has verified that Obama's vital records show he was born in Hawaii. Why do you doubt them?
