And various articles that mention Maganga also write the name as Helton or Heltan. It’s common in places where swahili is spoken.

as a long term freeper, I’m amazed to see that you would simply repeat something as weak as ‘he spelled his name wrong’ without attempting even the most basic research - like Google.
With a special guest appearance by Heltan Maganga, who wasn't Chief Administrator of Coast at the time.
