Have read though all the documents presented to the SCOTUS and their findings with an attorney who practiced for fifty plus years, graduated at the top of his class and clerked in the federal court system.

So you talked to someone who knows what they are talking about. Yet, you make such statements???
You also make the assumption that your the only one who knows someone. My family is filled with lawyers, each seems to have a different opinion. Some are democrats, some are Republicans, and one is definately an Independent. All have clerked somewhere, so what? Your opinion, and level of knowledge is based on what you can absorb and verify. You did verify right? or did you just blindly accept.
My point is that they did rise to the level of the SCOTUS. You proved it with your reply, but really, its not necessary that you did, as it part of the record, for all to see.
