In this case an honest Notary is the better official. It is tragic that our great nation's Chief Justice doesn't maintain a higher standard of duty than a common honest Notary.
Not all Notaries are honest, that's for sure. But we all should expect our Nation's Chief Justice to equal the best of the them in integrity.
