And it doesn’t matter how many times Obama is sworn in, he is unable to hold the officer legitimately because he does not meet the Natural Born Citizen requirement.
Remember that Roberts had to give the oath twice since he fumbled the first time and they wanted to make sure there was no constitutional problem.
