Farah gets his facts wrong by the third sentence. John McCain had no eligibility issues. He was born the son of two Americans, that makes him a natural born American citizen.

You got your facts wrong in the second sentence. If John McCain did not have an eligibility issue then why did he ask the Senate for a resolution to deal with his eligibility issue???

Uncle Chip, I am torn, torn I tell you, by this issue, and by Birthers Vs. Constitutionalists, by Joseph Farah, and by Dr. Jerry Corsi, for all of whom I have enormous respect.

I think all the legal burners should be kept on ""Med-HI"" under this set of issues, including the BC. But, BUT BUT, I think the main legal event should now be the battle for a Writ of Quo Warranto now circling the Federal District Court in DC. The non-title bout should be the fight to get the Hawaiians (Republican Gov and AG!!!!) to follow their own laws and release the documentation which led them to declare the POTUS an NBC.

I also think that these issues in the legal arena should be handled by competent, non-hysterical attorneys. NOT Russian Lady Dentists, whose pleadings read like "Wild and Crazy Guy" skits from SNL, NOT Obamanaut 5th Columnists like the aptly named Kreep, and not by crazies like Berg.

I also think that due to the complexities involved, it would be foolish to think that based on this set of eligibility issues alone that Obama will not make to 2012. Whatever any court anywhere rules, it will still come down to Congress voting for Impeachment in the House, and trial and conviction in the Senate. That just ain't gonna happen, at least over the eligibility issue.

We have a whole 'nother problem. There's a country in trouble; a ship headed for the rocks and nobody on the helm. Republican sweep to congressional power in 2010? O great. What, exactly are they planning to do with it. More McCain-Graham Bullshiite? Cross-aisle business as usual? I don't have a clue about the plan, because our boys don't have a plan. Obama has a plan. Keep everyone distracted with his ineligibility issues while he marxifies the country. In order to do that, he NEEDS the country on the rocks.

IMHLO, We cannot punish Obama for this fraud until after he leaves office in 2012. Win, lose, or draw, in the courts, he is the sitting POTUS and can only be turned out of office by Congress.

Proritize. Help the GOOD lawyers keep up the pressure on the eligibility issue with the goal of preventing this eligibility travesty from ever happening again. Let the rest of us keep up the pressure on the Republican Party to save the ship of state.
