There are many in the press today caricaturing me as a "conspiracy theorist" simply because I, like millions of other Americans, insist on actually seeing proof of Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility.
I've never alleged a conspiracy. Obama was given a free pass by an opponent who had his own eligibility issues. Not much of a conspiracy necessary – especially with Obama accountable only to a fawning press and scared-of-their-shadows Republicans.
But "conspiracy theorist" is an easy epithet to hurl.
One good question to ask, the next time you hear someone call me that name, is this: "Who is Joseph Farah conspiring with?"

Are you going to mock the 40 out of 90 Arizona representatives who just sponsored a bill requiring proof of eligibility? These men and women are leaders in their communities. They own businesses, and are leaders in their professions. Likely a fair number are attorneys. And...These men and women also likely not only have influence in Arizona but nationally as well.
These men and women are hard for the Obama Believers to dismiss. Aren't they?

I’m all for laws that require the long form BC from every candidate.
But even if Obama releases his, the birthers will still claim they are forged or that it wouldn’t make a difference because his father wasn’t a US citizen. It will never end because they are just looking for a technicality to disqualify Obama.

You are incorrect. Arthur's father was a British subject at the time of his birth.
Also, don't give me the standard birther nonsense that Arther somehow attempted to cover this up. Arther did try to cover up the year in which he was born, and attempted to make himself look younger, but he never did anything to hide his father's citizenship at the time of his birth.
In point of fact, he couldn't have. The information was in the public domain. His father obtained naturalized citienship long after Chester was born, and naturalization records are a matter of public record.
