The point he's making dingy is that San Yat-Sens received a Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth stating he was born in Hawaii, which is not true as he was born in China. Maybe you should only stick with the Bomford caper. The statute that Obama highly likely acquired his Hawaii birth records became law in 1957, 4 year before Obama was born and NOT 21 years later. The only thing the 1982 law did was add a 1-year-residency requirement for the parents before you could get a birth certificate for your child born out of state. There's nothing to indicate you couldn't get such certificates prior to that. The COHB program suggests you could.
