So why does it appear that there was no effort made to shoot a clear and viewable video that proved beyond a doubt that you were in Kenya? A self-shot of you in front of the hospital? The airport? Your plane ticket? Stamped passport?

If the Judge has not asked for it, why do YOU need to see it???

I don’t need to see anything. While if this fellow does put forth more information, I’m willing to consider it. Nevertheless, I am highly skeptical of both the BC he presents and the story by how he claims to have obtained it.

I certainly would be interested to know his response to the question of why his documentation is so poor for such an important issue.
