“This deserves to be the biggest story on the torture issue since Abu Ghraib—...”

I am still mystified as to what was so torturous about Abu Ghraib. Was some sort of atrocity performed there or was it on level with fraternity hazing?

It was considerably less serious than fraternity hazing, but the resurgent old hippies and their younger followers needed some sort of "My Lai Massacre" so they could make believe it was the '60s again.

I saw a commedian the other day who said the exact same thing.

The last time he was handcuffed to bed naked with underwear on his head he was having a great time. That’s not torture.

The “atrocity” was that military lives were wrecked and the war effort trashed because of the Abu Ghraib “torture”. The media will never be happy till they put a bulls-eye on the back of every American soldier.
