“If you are talking about Sarah endorsing McLame for his reelection bid, don’t hold your breath.”

So McCain shows his confidence in Sarah by asking her to run as VP with him, but Sarah won’t reciprocate with something as fundamental as an endorsement?

If McCain was so bad Palin refuses to endorse him in his Senate reelection, why did she agree to run on HIS ticket in the first place?

Actions have consequences. Supporters can’t wave off every bad decision or inconsistency with “she didn’t quit, she’s reloading”. That sounds good to the choir but in the real world of politics answers like that sound like an evasion.

I see Sarah agreeing to be on the ticket last year as a shrewd move.

1. McCain could easily have expired in office.

2. Gives her a chance to have some influence on the crazy old bastard.

3. Gives her national exposure like she is getting now.

Sorry Bob, maybe you should go back to doing Enzyte commercials.

You say McCain showed his confidence in choosing Sarah by asking her to run has his VP, I say he chose Sarah because he knew that without someone young, charismatic and with impeccable Conservative credentials on the ticket he had virtually no chance at all.

He most empathetically did not choose her because he agreed with her political views.

In my opinion, the way Sarah was treated by McCain’s campaign staff, and by extension McCain himself, relieves her of any obligation to support his reelection.

If I were advising Sarah I would not tell her not to endorse anyone in the Arizona Senate campaign until after the nomination process is complete, and if McCain gets it again as is likely, to be a polite but not enthusiastic supporter. That much I am willing to extend in the name of party unity, but no more.

Personally, I would prefer McLame retire and grow roses or something.

Sarah Palin will endorse McCain against that “lightweight”
Hayworth and she will help McCain win.

JD Hayworth is an incompetent boob.
