Hang in there, brother.
If you are on this board, then you are aware that this country is at the brink of disaster, and you know that if it fails, the world will be cast into a global dark ages under tyranny.
There are many, including myself, who struggle with this every day.
Don’t discount that it may be affecting you profoundly.
But as others have said: 1. keep the faith, 2. pray, 3. get out in the sun if that’s what you need, 4. DO WHAT YOU ENJOY and 5. IF YOU NEED TO TAKE A BREAK FROM POLITICS/CURRENT EVENTS, DO SO!!! Listen to music you love, go places you love to go to, do fun things. Life’s too short to get caught up in darkness and strife.
