Well it's kind of an asinine question. First, how is Obama violating the Constitution. Not being a natural-born citizen? He flashed his COLB so as far as he's concerned he's proven it. Disagree? Then point to the law that lays out how he should prove his qualifications. If he didn't to that then your second statement might be valid because then Obama might have violated the law.
And while where on the subject of tough questions, if Obama isn't qualified to be President then how can he be qualified to be president-elect? Don't want to take a crack at that one?
