To me, it's clear that you've gotten sucked into a shell game. The "blank form" posted above shows clear evidence of having information cloned out in an amateurish manner, but that in and of itself does nothing to prove that the image is geniune, or a forgery. The "raised seal" is comprised of pixels, and you're responding to an illusion that may or may not represent the physical reality of the object, assuming there actually is such an object. It's entirely possible to create such a thing from scratch, as I've pointed out.
And, if you don't want to accept what I'm saying, then please recall the image of the purported document in question that circulated a while back, that had THREE "raised seals" in a row. So, they were clearly added to the document. Now, how might one go about isolating the pixels that created such a thing? And, how might one go about stepping and repeating the security pattern in the background to remove such a thing?
Are you really not able to see how much fakery you're getting caught up in, above and beyond the assumption that the "COLB' or whatever, is "forged?" To what end? Looking at the source, I've concluded that it was, by design, put out there to preoccupy folks such as yourself, kind of like one of those joke beverage coasters that say "Please See Other Side" on both sides.

Just so you realize how stupid you’re looking, if someone posts an image of a document they claim to be a blank and thus useable for filing information if applied to the form, seeing the image of the raised seal invalidates the claim. That is the issue with the faked CoLB you want to divert attention from. You know it, I know it, and the entire reading public of this thread know it. Spin somewhere else, obot. He’s just an arrogant to the max bully with an overdose of chutzpah. He bluffed his way into the white house and is trying to force his socialist, Stalinist, Marxist, radical ideas on to the American people. Chutzpah and bravado only get you so far and Obummer has reached the end of his rope. (can I say that?). The tide is turning in the public continuousness, the town halls, the states, the courts, the military, even in the unwitting main stream news media. The jig is up (can I say that?). It is only a matter of time now that it has started to unravel. I suspect a relative short period of time. When this happens, it will be like the heavens opened and poured out a biblical FLOOD of pent up information to the American people. After this flood takes place, he won’t last a month. His own supporters will turn on him trying to salvage their own careers. He won’t have a friend in the free world. BUT, don’t feel too sorry for him. There is always Iran, Cuba, Venezuela, and North Korea to call home. He’ll fit right in.
