There was a mention in that infamous article on Atlas Shrugs some months ago that suggested Malcolm X was in Seattle the summer of 1960 to open a Nation of Islam temple. No source.
The civil rights era apparently came fairly late to Seattle, not much action till the mid-60s, when Ann would have been in Hawaii and X dead.
Someone in Seattle with access to newspaper microfilm from 1960 could find out.
There are so many loose ends. That resemblance is amazing. Where did Barry 0 get the money for expensive colleges and world travel with no obvious means of support other than his working-class grandparents, the grandfather somewhat of a deadbeat?

I've been looking for that...I could swear I saw it months ago; Seattle, July, 1960. But cannot find it now...oh my poor eyes!
