To date there is no case law that defines the term “Natural Born Citizen} as anything other than citizens at birth which is well defined in the US Code of Laws.

So? There is also nothing that defines "Natural Born Citizen" as"Citizen at Birth". Of course the way you wrote it, you are saying that that there is some law so defining the term. But there is not.
