Yes, I agree; all we have is Barry's word that Barack Senior was his father. I think we can only assume he is telling us the truth. Clearly, from the two “auto” biographies, he has been establishing his history for at least ten years. With that much work spent on preparing him, I think it less likely that they would have intentionally chosen someone who makes him natural born than that things are as he says. Where he is born may be in question, but, as I know you know, doesn't affect his eligibility.
