Rhodesian BC a fake? District of “Bul” awayo and the surname is “Bul” grien? Is that a joke? It is obviously written with a “Sharpie”. Did they even have Sharpies in 1969? European? Is that like African? That seal at the top of the page looks too much like the seal of New York State for my liking. Kenneth A Bulgrien is an “INFORMANT” can we trust him? Also it says “signature or mark” He did neither so this document is invalid. What’s with that cross-out at the bottom? What is it hiding? This document is VERY SUSPISIOUS, I think it’s a fake.
