Everyone he has appointed to his cabinet would be illegitimate to right?

So who would become the leader of this country? Would it be given over to McCain/Palin?

hmm...maybe that’s why Palin stepped down from her governorship early :)!

not that I believe this, but earlier this week I read something that would make a few heads explode:

Because Biden was part of the phony ticket, he’s done. As are all Zero’s appointments, as well. McLame is not eligible either because of his foreign birth status (mind you, I’m not saying this. It’s what I read.) The person who was eligible and thus received the most electoral votes is.....SARAH PALIN !

LOL

Folks, lets just visualize the heads exploding over that scenario.

hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

Under such an unlikely scenario, I think the leader of this country should be:

ME

My platform is a flat/fair tax. No IRS
Health Savings Accounts
I like “life” on the beginning and the end of “life.” Deal with it.
No public dollars to private activist operations. None. Neither left or right. Yeah, I’m cutting off ACORN.

Campaign contributions can be sent to my FReepmail. :)

So who would become the leader of this country?

Joseph Robinette Biden of Delaware, born in Pennsylvania to two American citizens, 66 years old and resident in Delaware for at least the past 14 years, received 365 votes from duly chosen Electors for Vice President of the United States, and his election to that position was confirmed by the Special Joint Session of Congress convened for that purpose.

So, to answer this question for the umpteenth time, Biden would unquestionably become President.
