"Did you load this in PhotoShop Elements and save it? Looking at it in notepad, the header says ‘PhotoShop Elements 2.0 :20009 8.02. I’m assuming it was saved on Saturday, 8.02.2009.
No, as I said I don't know how to use photoshop - I clicked on the picture and said save as and then dropped it on my computer. That is about the best I can do to save pictures.

Was it directly from Orly’s site?
If so, then the person she got it from may have scanned it into their computer to make a JPEG image of it so it could be emailed or mailed to her.
