If it were true, this bill would not be necessary. Unfortunately it is tied up in committee. Which means it is not being voted upon. And with the Demonrats in charge, it is unlikely to get out of committee.

The 14th ammendment says that the parents have to be here legally, and not immune to our laws. That won’t go away by any act of congress. The congress cannot ammend the constitution.
