It sounds pretty sound to me since no one can show *any legal requirement* for a candidate to show his birth certificate... :-)

I know that you would prefer to ignore an inconvenient reality, as it shows exactly why many are getting *absolutely nowhere* in getting the birth certificate shown. I can’t imagine how something like that can be missed, but it obviously is...

ST believes that if the constitution requires you to be natural born and the secretaries of state are to place qualified candidates on the job, thaen they must read the candidates mind or take his word for it, because the constitution does not mention birth certificates.

The constitution also doesn't authorize the president to transport troops by airplane, but some how he has to ensure the national defense.

If it were up to ST, we would need to amend the constitution so that the president could do that and include any number of other procedural issues to authorize what we already do to carry out the constitution.
