Nope.

Here's the law.

I believe it is the only law with a legal definition of natural born citizen congress has ever passed.

Note that it is distinct from merely being born on American soil.

It was replaced by a 1795 law that is mute as to what natural born citizen means.

True, and when you say replaced, I believe some may need that clarified; The 1790 Act was a mistake, and replaced with a specific acknowledgment that the use of “natural born citizen” was incorrect.
