The page info on the source webpage indicates it was last modified Tuesday, June 05, 2007 6:15:37 AM. I’m sure there is a way to fake it, but that Bomford birth certificate is a part of an extensive family tree. Chances are, its the real one and the Obama BC is the fake.
And yes, just like "photo shopping" a pic, a file create and/or mod timestamp can be programmaticly modified (i.e. falsified) as well. Guess we'll have to wait for the actual document to be "expertly" verified (IF that ever happens).

I went to old friend Google and put in David Bomford Australia. Now I was referred to a Face Book. Now I ask anyone to tread carefully here. There is no other proof that this face book is the one we are dealing with. One look at the face and what it portrays is the quintessential joker.
