Danae, I don’t think that comment is entirely fair. You were convinced your document was received by you in 2000 IIRC and yet it was date stamped much later.
I also wondered how that was possible, but thought it best to let the matter settle, and sure enough, you returned and explained you had made a mistake.
But it wasn’t until you received a receipt from Hawaii that you realized your mistake.
These times are sent to try us. Tempers flare, folks get frustrated. You contributed to the issue by insisting that something that was IMPOSSIBLE was possible.
