Well, the image I posted is crystal clear through and through. The Obama BC has some pixel/resolution variations around the differences between them. This latest Obama BC is a fake in my opinion.

Why are you even trying to judge the authenticity of an actual paper document based on its digital image? The question isn't whether the image has been photoshopped, but whether the actual paper document is valid. Nothing else is relevant.
