House reps and Senators must be citizens.
President’s must be natural born citizens.
0bama, with a British Father, is not qualified to be POTUS
Geez. The Constitution does state “natural born citizen”, but it does not define it!
The current law, and the law as of 1961 has been posted many times.
His father being a British citizen has NO bearing on his NBC status. It’s his mother’s age that prevents her from conferring NBC status on him if he was born in Kenya. If he was actually born in Hawaii, he is a natural born citizen, period, end of story.
