He is citing a modern, amended constitution and falsely claiming the Republican portions are from 1963

The 1963 document that you link me to appears to be a schedule to an Act of the Kenyan legislature. It does not indicated the name of that Act, when it was passed and when it would come in to force, perhaps only upon promulgation by Order in Council. We need a copy of the Kenyan legislation. It would probably have been passed before December 12, 1963, with parts to come into effect immediately and parts later, most likely December 12, 1964. We need that document, however.
In the absence of that, however, I believe that Kenya was a colony to 1966, a protectorate to December 11, 1963, then a dominion to December 11, 1964 and finally a republic (really a RINO) thereafter.
How does the link you posted here come to mention citizenship for 1968? Something don’t jive.
