I’m with you on the E. F. Lavender thing. They wouldn’t have tried to reproduce his signature, so they just entered his name. That’s pretty much the point of certifying. A trusted witness is saying he has viewed the signature.
But “Republic of Kenya” is a problem, because this doc is dated February of 1964 and Kenya did not become a republic until December 1964.
Maybe they put it on their official docs ten months earlier, but we need to see that to believe it. Maybe they needed to quit calling it the old name and they knew where they were headed so when the time came to print up new docs, they just winged it.
But prove it.
Whether “Republic” appeared on public documents in 1964 prior to the official recognition of such is something that will need to be researched. Unfortunately, given the pre-Internet era we’re kind of at the mercy of folks on the ground locally, or with connections to Kenya (born in 1964, etc.)
Republic doesn’t bother me. Obviously it was a term that Kenyan’s had discussed and decided upon before Independence was declared.
Kenya was admitted to the UN on 12/16/1963. My guess that term republic was used for Kenya by other member states of the UN.
The Dec 1964 is purely administrative. Kenya was a separate and distinct country as of 12/16/1963 or else they would not have been admitted to the UN.

A poster has put on this site images of newspaper clippings from 1963 that refer to the Republic of Kenya. I’ll try to find it. I’m not used to sifting through thousands of posts.
I see your point. It could be that bureaucrats just jumped the gun and were using the new forms ahead of time. It would be helpful to see another certified true copy from February 1964 whose origins are not in dispute, and compare them. I thought that’s what WND said they had, but apparently that isn’t the case.
Sadly since so many things have been said about the existing Hawaii Birth Certificate I’m starting to believe that the truth is that it does not exist.
YES there is a COLB, but a formal Hawaii birth certificate may not really exist and could be because of all the secrecy.
This really is the most childish thing I could ever believe a president could be involved with and it is so simple to solve yet he still does nothing.
It is though his actions, stopping with hundreds of thousands of dollars to keep it hidden, all the stories and he refuses to extingush, all the lies and immature behavior from his staff on this topic. You are really left with the only answer at this point, Could the Keyna BC really be truthful and the American public has been deceived by the media, politicians, and his staff.
The last statement is proving that between the bailouts, the bonus items placed in those bailouts, the requirement for the auto industry without the same oversite on the FED and you start to see the vision.
Just maybe there really isn’t a Hawaii BC, that is becoming the more realistic thing and that truely is sad. Those I have mentioned it to today are amazed that the media has NOT said a word and that things just are not adding up.
So, the E.F. Lavender soap has nothing to do with the certificate? Such as making it easy to be caught as fake?
