Can’t see how the word Republic on official documents would change anything for them - purely a mind game. One can be eager in other ways but official documents, IMO, is pushing it.
We need others dated Jan or Feb ‘64 to verify. WMD did verify others but not sure what he was exactly verifying - I’m think the names, i.e, E.Lavendar. I’m sure they all did their homework but w/so much at stake, there is a lot of deceit out there which makes me leery.
This document may have been requested for any reason at the 2/64 date; hence the Republic of Kenya being on it. Doesn’t have anything to do with original document. Sounds like a certified copy of original document. Could be due to the divorce between Obama’s parents. The court may not have had one on record and requested said document.
