Well that’s good news, since you can’t make a certified copy, unless you have an original. The real issue is where did the person get it? From where the father used it, or from vital records in Kenya? It was my understanding that the PM Raila Odinga (claims to be O’s cousin) sealed those records, when zero won election?
My guess is if it did not come from proper office, then they will claim it’s tampered with and not his, yada yada..you know how they are.
I do believe, if the JUDGE has integrity, this will cause an investigation....our problem is finding Judges, and people with kahunas in Justice Dept to take this on.
