There certainly are a number of military titles among those listed in the civil action that accompanies this document. I don't know if those are current or retired officers, but it's a start.

If an army has no confidence in it's leaders, it will not fight well or for long. So from the point of view of a soldier in Iraq, his ass would be on the line whether he stood with Obama or with the Constitution. Not a pretty thought.
