This proves nothing. At worst, it brings the FactCheck COLB down to exactly the same level: a photo which proves nothing. The question then remains: where's BHO's BC? Other politicians (like McCain) promptly showed theirs when questioned.

If this is a hoax, it’s not an obvious one.
Now if it were written in crayon and still drew 100,000 views with 3,000 posts, then credibility could be questioned. But this document appears valid to a significant degree of scrutiny.
