Search for Schmutz font, you will get some samples that include numbers 1-5 (at least). Compare those to the form, especially the 4. There are some other differences like the 5 on the form curls in at the bottom, but in Schmutz it slopes down at 45 degrees. It is definitely not Schmutz.

Sorry, you may be correct. I picked up in this in post 2513 and incorrectly inferred from the reference to DU in the post that it was a summary from DU.
