What is a word processor? It is software with the capability to quickly, easily, and cheaply achieve the level of quality that would be expected from a competent and professional print shop. Was a quality print job possible before word processors? Obviously, yes. Is there anything on that form that couldn't have been done with traditional printing techniques? Clearly, no.
Also, there is a very good chance that forms of that sort in that time period were actually printed in Great Britain, not Africa.
