I take it that new FReepers should not post? Why? That has always puzzled me. One was banned a few days ago for the very same BC that has been posted on this thread several times today.
New FReepers are welcome and certainly may post, it’s just that a n00b is statistically more likely to be a troll and we take that into account.
A recent sign on date is simply an indicator that their posts are to be taken with a grain of salt.
