The only other scenario would be that he and his handlers would have known long ago there would be a bc stink and have orchestrated this whole thing and now with his numbers tanking and ObamaCare in trouble they decide to throw out a fake Kenyan bc. But, that's just way too convoluted. I'm going with Occam’s Razor and say he in his arrogance tried to pull a fast one and there's no real Hawaiian bc.
