This is where it’s fuzzy. Kenya was absolutely no longer a Dominion in February 1964 either.
The probability that they printed up “Republic” documents 11 months before officially becoming a republic, seems more likely to me than the probability of them holding over British “Dominion” documents.
You know the Kenyans were just itching to be called an independent republic.
