There is a place on FR for newbies to introduce themselves?
Not to my knowledge.
Unfortunately not really. We get so bashed unjustly, ect and infiltrated regularly that most of us regulars are really wary of new posters. Just be patient, honest and look at the date someone joined before replying. Also perhaps look up some of their posting history. ITs the only way we really have of figuring out the crediblity of any given poster. Just recently here I have been unjustly attacked by someone “credible” but because I have been here a long time and am pretty damn honest and admit my mistakes (don’t even start with API guys)I have come through it.
You can’t tell who anyone is on the internet. Ultimately that is reality.
Making courteous and knowledgeable comments is welcome on any thread. Being an obvious troublemaker is another matter.
