Not exactly. He can probably plead ignorance and have the media cover for him as assuming he was born in Hawaii. He can claim he didn’t know of the shenanigans his mother did to register the birth in the U.S.

All his radical legislation and humiliating behavior abroad has made him a lot of enemies. I have a hunch more hidden evidence will start to show up as the anti-Obama snowball starts to roll.
